The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, full-size closet, and armoire with an additional TV. The secondary bedroom has two double beds with a full sized closet and armoire. The spacious main bathroom has a freestanding walk in shower, vanity, and lots of storage. The living room has a new pull-out Sofabed as well for added sleeping space.
Cable and WiFi are included ensuring you have access to log into your favourite streaming service (Netflix) or work remotely. A Google Home is located in the Kitchen to stream your favourite tunes (Spotify) or listen to the news or a podcast as you go about your day.
The Outdoor Space
Whether enjoying your patio, private dock or sandy beach, the outdoor space will not disappoint. This villa has direct lake view with a private grassy area for friends and family to enjoy a game of bocci or let the kids play freely. The evening string lights provide beautiful ambient lighting as the sun sets over the mountains directly infront of the unit. The plexiglass covered pergola protects you from any rain and outdoor roller shades provide shade on hot summers day. Outdoor patio dining furniture seats 6 adults, with additional sectional loungers and a full sized BBQ. Across the road you will find our private dock for the complex where you can jump in the lake for a swim, chill in your floaties, or moor your boat after an afternoon waterskiing.

‘Snowbirds’ – Villa 7 has been our winter home for 6 months in each of the past three years. The Villa is ideally located on a very attractive property with beautiful views of the lake, village and mountains. Although we are not here in the “pool season”, the facility certainly looks inviting. The villa is a comfortable, well appointed, beautiful executive suite that is nicely laid out and very well maintained. It is very private, on the ground floor and features a covered patio and grassed leisure area. Parking is just a stone’s throw away. The unit is well equipped with all the amenities. The owner is friendly and accommodating and quick to address any needs of her guests. Our winter travels will take us elsewhere next year and thus I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful Villa for guests looking for short or long term accommodation.
Margaret’s place is a real jewel. It is very well situated in Osoyoos. The
villa is super comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped. The patio with
view over the lake is awesome; we enjoyed many meals out there. Pool and
lake are close by as well. We loved every minute of our stay and we will be
back. ~ Margrit
