The views are spectacular as this end unit condominium has more privacy and fabulous lake views from the great room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Located three floors high, the large 300 square foot balcony is so close to the lake that you will feel like you are on top of the water.
All the furniture is high quality in this 1300 square foot suite. The condominium has stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, as well as washer & dryer and an outdoor barbeque. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and more! This is the only condo in the complex with a double steam shower unit
in the second bathroom.
Enjoy the king size Tempur-pedic bed in the master while gazing out at the lake. Have full use of the walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate soaker tub. In the great room you can sit in front of the fireplace, while watching TV on a 42-inch flat screen TV or enjoy the 42 flat screen LED TV in the master bedroom.
The front entrance and kitchen is tiled while the remainder of the living areas have quality hardwood floors with area rugs. The second bedroom has a single bed over a double bunk bed and a single trundle bed that pulls out from under the bunk bed (sleeps 4 in this room). The dining table seats six, and three bar stools are connected to the kitchen area. Enjoy complementary wifi internet access and a large selection of cable TV channels. We also have a nice
selection of dvd movies in the condo for the whole family.

My husband and myself are spending the winter here at Village on the Lake in the Penthouse for the winter of 2011-2012. One of our biggest concerns in our travels is privacy: and this place offers that. Also if you don’t sleep well your trip is a waste: and the king tempurpedic bed is the BEST!!!!!!!! Then there’s the view: no matter what the weather is like outside: the view from inside is phenomenal. As advertised: the place is fully equipped with everything you need for a long term stay, we feel this is our home away from home. We highly recommend this unit. You won’t be sorry. The penthouse is spectacular. This was our second stay at the penthouse. Both times we spent a full month. The view is second to none. The suite had everything we needed and we love the layout. We look forward to staying at the penthouse again next year and we recommend the penthouse to anyone visiting Osoyoos at anytime of the year.

The condo was clean and spacious, had beautiful views, and easy access to all local activities. We loved swimming in the pool and floating in the lake. We went on many bike rides along the lake and to many activities. We checked out other places while here and agreed we would be back to this property on our next trip to Osoyoos. Many thanks to Stephen for answering all our questions and for making this a great family vacation.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of a lovely property just steps from the shade trees and sand beaches. The condo is well equipped with most everything you could need and within walking distance of great restaurants and lake toy rental shops.
This penthouse apartment was my home away from home for almost a month in 2017 and I, and my various visitors, enjoyed the convenience of this well equipped property which had everything we needed and more. It is really comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the view from the balcony directly overlooking the lake and we spent much time out there both in the daytime and in the evening. The view is almost as good from the open area living/dining room area or great room. I highly recommend this property. The only improvement might be a slightly higher water temperature in the outdoor pool but if you keep moving, it did seem warmer.

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. It is a beautifully maintained spacious apartment situated very privately at the front of the building. The 180 degree views from the deck, looking to the mountains and the lake are spectacular. The pool area is clean and well looked after and great for families. The location to the centre of town is a leisurely stroll or short car ride. We will definite come back.
The Lakefront Penthouse was a fabulous fit for us two couples. We loved the large deck and the nice air conditioned home. The bedroom (King bed) we stayed in was glorious. Thanks Stephen! We hope to be back in the future.
We were snowbirds for the 2021-2022 winter. The condo is very spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The view is “to die for”! The kitchen is somewhat dated, but well equipped. A comfortable home-away-from-home…. except when the north winds blew on the cold days.
