Lakeshore Villas Resort is a 41 unit, family orientated complex with stunning grounds and lake view units.

We have a variety of unit sizes to suit everyone’s needs, from the 2 bedroom 1 level villas, 2 – 3 bedroom condos and two level 3 bedroom townhouses.
Our dock has mooring for 12 boats (by reservation) and a very large area to sunbath during the day or sit with your beverage in the evening and watch the sunset. The roped off swimming area within the dock is perfect for your afternoon float and offers a safe swimming area.
Our pool and hot tub have recently been renovated and provide a great gathering area for anyone enjoying the sun.

For active snowbirds, along with hiking trails and lakeshore walks we are within one hour of Mt Baldy and the beautiful interior soft snow for skiing, snowboarding or cross country skiing. There are also many other pastimes for snowbirds that require spending less energy. The Town of Osoyoos provides many activities for the winter snowbirds.
